The 8th Item on my 12 Days of Christmas wish list/ gift guide is the Ten Minute Trainer by Tony Horton. If you are like me who is constantly on the go, but still wants to fit in a quick workout, then this is a perfect gift for you. I have been lacking motivation to go to the gym lately and think this would eliminate any excuses and help me stay fit. I have read lots of good reviews about it and can't wait to get started.
