I'm stepping outside of my comfort zone when it comes to my hair and trying something different this fall. Solange is my hair style inspiration for the fall and I can't wait to rock the chunky braids. Its perfect for the cold weather and protects your hair from breakage and drying out.
I started this blog as a personal journal and didn't expect it to be what it is today. This blog has provided opportunities for me to which I am very grateful for. There will be some changes to the look of my blog in the near future and I also have some BIG NEWS that I can't wait to share with you guys. I haven't been blogging as frequently as I use to because my job(s) have completely taken up all my time. I sometimes go through a phase where all I want to do is work, work, work and then I go through the phase of wanting to kick back and relax. I've also been riding plenty of up and down emotional waves these last couple of weeks and can't wait to get off this ride. I do pride myself in being a strong person, but sometimes we as humans are susceptible to weakness and can't help it. One thing I have learned about myself in the last month is my ability to accept the things I can't change and to be happy with what I have.
With summer drawing to a close,we have to start incorporating fall pieces into our daily rotation. I do have quite a few favorite transitional pieces for fall. I love a chunky knit sweater over a tank top and skinny jeans, a light weight blouse with a chunky scarf or a leather jacket over a floral print dress with boots. Here are a few ways to incorporate fall fashion into your wardrobe.
Whats your favorite transitional fall must have item?
