Bikini Body Challenge

Lets talk bikini body shall we... I am gearing up for my first summer vacation of the year or should I say warm weather vacation considering it isn't quite summer here and need to get my body somewhat bikini ready...Yikes! Nothing strikes fear more in the hearts of women than having to bare it all in a bikini and that is how I am currently feeling, hence why I am challenging myself for the next four weeks to get my body somewhat bikini ready.  Here is the plan for the next four weeks.

WORKOUT PLAN
I plan on working out 5 days a week for the next four weeks

Monday: 5km run at different intervals/bike/free weights
Tuesday: Yoga
Wednesday: Kickboxing Class
Thursday: Weight lifting class
Friday: 5km run at different intervals/stairmaster/free weights

EATING PLAN
I find it hard to completely restrict myself when it comes to what I eat, but I'll try as much as possible because I am trying to achieve this goal in a short period of time. I've been trying to reduce my red meat and alcohol intake in the last few months and  will continue to do so.

My meal plan will include 3 meals a day + 4 snacks. choosen from the list below
Chicken breast
Salmon
Tuna
Avocado
Spinach
Asparagus
Rice
Chickpea
Quinoa
Green Pepper
Snap Pea
Yogurt
Almonds
Oatmeal
Eggs
Cucumber

I am not following a particular weight loss plan when it comes to this challenge, but rather, a very unstructured plan that is tailored to my lifestyle.  As much as the goal here is to lose 10 pounds, I would be very happy with losing more inches than weight because as we all know, muscle weighs more than fat which is very important to keep in mind when including weight training with every workout plan.
