I often wish for peace and quite, but my life is consumed by work and so many other things that I never get to experience that. This past weekend, I took a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and headed west of
Calgary to an incredibly beautiful town called
Banff, nestled in between magnificent mountains with breathtaking views. Even though I have been to
Banff a million times, I always discover new things to do and I am always taken aback by its beauty. There is something so serene about the nature, wildlife and simple life of the people that live there that makes me feel right at home and erases all my worries.
It was my girlfriend's birthday and she got to celebrate her birthday in an intimate setting, surrounded by close friends. Our one day trip entailed hot springs, dinner, popping lots of champagne and a night out in town. Even though I always complain about how busy my life is right now, I am in a happy place and wouldn't have it any other way. Enjoy some pictures from the trip.
Don't forget to stop by
Marlborough Mall this Sunday for the
Gowntown event if you live in the Calgary area. I will be on hand giving out styling tips to the girls.
See you all there!
xoxo
