It's been a while since I last updated you guys on what I've been up to. Honestly, life has been one crazy roller-coaster full of many ups and downs, but I have been enjoying the ride.
I attended a VIP Client appreciation event at Belgo a few weeks ago and got to meet and chat with their new Executive Chef, Andrew Gass who is refining the menu and giving Belgo a unique twist to comfort food. This 375 seat restaurant is one of the largest restaurants in Calgary's downtown and caters over 400 events every year. Belgo has an extensive wine and beer list from all over the world combined with a great selection of brasserie style foods. The food and atmosphere was amazing and the lobster mac & cheese is to die for and comes highly recommended by me.
In an effort to grow my business and get Joyce's Closet more known in my city, I seized a once in a lifetime opportunity and leased out a shop space downtown. The shop is anticipated to open in 4 weeks and I can't wait to show you guys the completed look. In the main time, you can check out our website as new items are being added weekly.
