Wedding Wednesday: Destination Wedding ( Mexico)
A few months ago, I had the pleasure of being part of my best friend's wedding at the beautiful RIU Santa Fe in Los Cabos Mexico. It was a small and intimate wedding of close friends and family. It was 7 days of celebration with the wedding on the 4th day which allowed for some minor preparation, relaxing and bonding time before the big day.
Everything about the wedding was so beautiful. The ceremony was held on the beach facing the ocean and dinner was in an outdoor restaurant with the sunset behind us and cool ocean breeze on our backs. We later danced the night away at the resort night club.
Days leading up to the ceremony was filled with pool side drinking, group dinners, night on the town and late night pool sessions. A day after the wedding, we booked excursions to explore Cabo. Jet sking, Ziplining and ATVing just to name a few. I would highly recommend checking out Lovers Beach, Taking a dinner cruise to see the Arch, Steak and Lobster dinner at Maro Shrimp House and a night out at El Squid Roe.
I had such an amazing time and I would highly recommend a destination wedding to anyone who wants to save money and avoid the hassle of planning a wedding . It also eliminates you having to invite people who you don't really like to be part of your special day. All the little details gets taken care of by the resort's on site coordinator and the last minutes details are tightened a day or two after your arrival.
Thanks to Holli and Marcus for letting me be part of their special day. Wishing you all the love and happiness and I can't wait for you two to be part of my special day.
