HOW TO MAKE: MOIST AND DELICIOUS BANANA BREAD








I must admit I am not much of a baker, but I have been making a conscious effort lately to try new things with my little girl. After being a lover of Banana Bread for many many years and sampling a few recipes, I have perfected my own recipe and want to share it with you guys.

INGREDIENTS  ( Makes 1 Loaf ) 
  • 3 Ripe Bananas mashed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 13/4 cups of flour 
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 1 cup of butter melted
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • ]1/2 cup of pecans (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Combine the oil, eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla and mashed bananas.

Add the baking soda and flour.

Combine well for 2-3 minutes.

Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated 325 degree F oven for 1 hour 20 minutes.



This banana bread recipe is so decadent and moist. There is nothing low calorie about so indulge wisely.
